No. Monthly plans roll on with no minimum term. Give 30 days' notice to stop, and you can cancel or change your card yourself.
What does it cost?
Show Up is £79 a month, Show Up & Book £149 and Show Up 24/7 £249. Each has a one-off setup fee (£149, £249 and £349) paid up front. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I own the website outright?
Yes, with Own It: £1,250 one-off for a five-page site and Google profile. An optional care plan is £39 a month. It is offered with Show Up and Show Up & Book.
I only need my Google listing sorted.
Google Fix is £99 one-off, done within 3 working days: your profile claimed, with categories, hours, photos and review-reply templates.
What if the receptionist takes a lot of calls?
Show Up 24/7 includes 300 call minutes a month. After that it is 30p a minute.
What happens when the receptionist cannot answer something?
It takes a message, and a summary of every call is sent to your inbox so you can follow up.
